The VBHC Yellow Belt provides you with the perfect introduction and foundation into VBHC.
The philosophy and main concepts of VBHC, such as patient value, outcomes, and costs, will be discussed.
The VBHC Yellow Belt will provide you with the ideal stepping stone into the VBHC Green Belt track where you can develop and deepen your knowledge about VBHC even further.
Session
The VBHC Yellow Belt consists of a 3 hour session separated into:
- 1,5 hour theory lecture
- 1,5 hour Harvard Business School Case discussion.
This session takes place throughout the year.

Please contact us with the details of your VBHC course via info@vbhc.nl. The course will be evaluated based on the level of expertise, the teachers, and the education of the course.
If you are passionate about VBHC, and meet the requirements, you can apply for the VBHC Certified Green Belt.
People who are eligable to take the VBHC Certified Green Belt exam have:
I. provided complete contact details (name, address, phone number, etc.);
II. participated in a VBHC course in the last ten years.
You will receive your VBHC Certified Green Belt certificate and logo after passing the multiple choice exam of 40 questions with ≥80%.
The duration of the VBHC Certified Green Belt exam is max. two hours.
Yes. Becoming a VBHC Certified Green Belt in addition to a Lean Certified Green/Black Belts is highly valuable.

Yes it is possible to apply for more than one person for the VBHC Certified Green Belt. Please contact us via info@vbhc.nl for more information.
The exam may be retaken within six months after the first sitting in the event the exam is not passed the first time. Participation in additional VBHC courses is required if you don’t pass the exam the second time. A third exam can only be taken a year after the second sitting.
The VBHC Certified Green Belt is valid for two years. Every two years you will need to be recertified based on continuous VBHC education (VBHC points). You are asked to reregister every year to keep you in the registry.
To recertify you will need to participate in at least 12 hours of VBHC education (= 12 VBHC points) during the consecutive. It is your responsibility to inform us of the relevant education followed.

VBHC Masterclasses given by The Decision Institute, Meetbaar Beter symposium, Santeon Care for Outcome symposium, VBHC course at Harvard Business School, ICHOM Conference, Maasstad Ziekenhuis Seminar VBHC, VBHC seminar VitalHealth Software, VBHC Prize event. Recertification is free of financial charge for members of VBHC Center Europe.
An independent commission will decide the outcome of the conflict.
